For 15 years, BIM has been the basis in planning at syntax architektur. We trust in the not yet known possibilities of tomorrow.
Architecture must be seen as a holistic task that is only solved when all requirements such as ecology, economic efficiency, constructive intelligence and social acceptance are met.
We love the region in which we work. Surrounded by vineyards, forest and water, the head remains free for fresh architectural ideas.
People's needs shape our buildings. Therefore, the design of the everyday should be given a higher priority than the search for the special.
International experience applied regionally. That is our strength.
It is not primarily a matter of developing a new style or conforming to a fashion, but of finding a coherent answer to all project-specific questions.
The aging ability of the materials used, which change more or less quickly over time, plays an essential role. Patina and traces of use are deliberately planned effects that are allowed to develop over the years.
Subsidized housing has a long tradition in Austria, is social policy in action, and therefore an important challenge for us!
