New, colorful urban quarter Berresgasse:
Affordable living with high quality of leisure time

“In the middle of Donaustadt, an innovative urban quarter with around 3,000 mostly subsidized apartments, stores, pubs, open space, community and mobility offers will be created by 2022, adjacent to the Berresgasse education campus. Emerging from the largest developer competition held by wohnfonds_wien, fonds für wohnbau und stadterneuerung, the new urban district scores with sustainable neighborhood development – for a good coexistence of future residents right from the start.” – wohnfonds_wien

We are building 100 apartments for bwsg in the largest urban development project of wohnfonds_wien Vienna.
