Kierlingerstraße Klosterneuburg, Lower Austria 48°18'22.8"N 16°17'58.2"E

4 buildings with a total of 101 apartments are being built on the Ölberg in Klosterneuburg.

The south-facing slope property is located on the heavily trafficked Kierlingerstraße. The retaining wall required to secure the slope will be designed as a structured, protruding base with garage access and additional functionality. The green surroundings are an invitation to enjoy and do sports.
