On the outskirts of Vienna – next to fields and meadows – our affordable housing offers 90 apartments for young families as well as residents of advanced age. The curved shape forms a generous landscaped garden that facilitates social exchange and contact. To be in harmony with the surrounding landscape, the green roofs lead flat to the ground on their opposite sides. Maisonettes on the first floors and apartments on the upper floors form the structure into a terrace house. Each unit is clearly identifiable with its own entrance from the surrounding sidewalk. The apartments are lit by daylight from two sides and have generous space for bicycles and baby carriages. Our concept is based on safe, neighborly, social and considerate living.
