The elongated and narrow property lies directly adjacent to the green of Wördern, a town in Lower Austria. Following the typical design for a local farmhouse, four houses are lined up in a row. The accessability to each house is created by a joint pathway along the eastern property lines, leaving space towards the west for compact gardens.

Each house is slightly offset, creating private outdoor areas at the entrance and on the garden side. Inside, the same offset divides the open floor plan on the ground floor into a living area and kitchen and dining area. At this intersection, a staircase, generously lit by a skylight, leads to a gallery area from which three bedrooms are accessed.

Due to local building reglementations, a triangular front garden widens the street-scape and opens to the green, giving additional communal space, providing parking and the perfect spot for a tree.
